Domestic Shipping (Algeria)

We deliver nationwide through Yalidine Express: • Express Delivery: 1 business day • Economic Delivery: 2–3 business days

International Shipping

We ship internationally through UPS, with delivery times up to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays, but we always do our best to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great care to ensure quality and accuracy. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases: • The wrong product was sent. • The product arrived damaged or defective.

Conditions: • Customers must contact TSUUU within 3 days of receiving the product. • Items must be unused and in original packaging. • TSUUU covers return shipping costs only when the error is on our side.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for: • Custom-made or personalized products. • Items damaged after delivery. • Change-of-mind or size-related reasons.
